Injection molding machines: 7

All machines are Arburg brand with quick change frames and vertical adapters for injection on parting line. We have:

• Two (2) — 28 ton machines
• Two (2) — 40 ton machines
• One (1) — 77 ton machine
• Two (2)— 88 ton machines

Volumes vary from machine to machine and depends on material, design of the tooling, and screw size. Molds are built using a Tree 325 vertical mill and lathe.

Design and programming is all done with Mastercam CAD/CAM software.
