Turnaround Time: 2-4 Weeks

Our equipment utilizes the Master Unit Die (MUD) Quick-Change System to make the process efficient and easy to manage. The general turnaround time for project complete is 1-3 weeks.

Pricing Guidelines

We have established a base price for the three sizes of molds that we use.

0405 base = 5×6 inch face with a 3 1/2″ wide x 5″ inch ejector area = $1,800

0809 base = 8×10 inch face with a 4″ wide x 9″ inch ejector area= $2,800

1111 base= 11×11 inch face with a 6″ wide x 10″ inch ejector area= $3,500

What Does This Price Include?

The price guidelines above include the mold bases, ejector plates, ejector pins, machining the cavities for single plane parts, and samples (in most cases). Prices may vary depending on job details.

After reviewing the product design, we will provide a formal quote. Per part pricing depends on the type of material, number of cavities, cycle time, type of gates etc. and will be determined upon review of the part.
